Canadian design studio Reigo & Bauer has designed the Neville Park Residence in Toronto. It is a family home with four bedrooms set on a steep slope on the front and back side of the property. The architects transform the space in reflection to the site to form a cohesive design that blends in with its surroundings.
The residence has a tall structure with a purposefully celebration of the towering trees lining the hillside. The exterior is complete with grey cladding and diamond-shaped tiles wrapped around the entire building. This features the garage and roof as well to really create a balanced and sculptural form. The design maximizes light to feature strategic setbacks and angular cuts along the facade.
